I always look up at the top right - never any problems there

**edit** ah ha - I see what you mean now. I like it...looks good - better than the green and gold "traffic lights" that were there before...

It's an eskfans site...ergo it makes perfect sense to have Esk logos - good choice Ang!

Well, at first I thought it looked pretty sharp, but when I scroll through the main page it starts to give me a headache.

I think having logos to show read/unread forums is a brilliant idea. I'd probably match the background with the board background so it blends, but having the colour logo for new posts and the black & white for read forum is good.

In Firefox, it looks great. The background is transparent.

In IE, it shows a background. I have no idea why. IE sucks.

Any idea why the new post icons light up when there aren't new posts, even when you haven't dumped your cookies?

I'm using the new IE 7 RC1 and it looks exactly like it does in Firefox.

I'm thinking the old IE can't recognize .png graphics as having transparent backgrounds?

I'm thinking the old IE can't recognize .png graphics as having transparent backgrounds?Yeah, but if I try changing it to a .gif with photoshop, it still looks great in firefox but has a white background in IE.

Whatever. I'm glad it looks good in the new IE.

Actually, when I get to the site, I just click on the "new posts" link under my profile picture and go from there...

I never actually "visit the forum main page" per se.

When I was young, that had a very different meaning. :D
