Phoenix clinched the Pacific Division title with a 116-87 ( 29 pts!) win over the 76ers tonight in Phoenix.

Steve Nash had his 2nd career triple-double  (12 pts, 12 assist, 13 reb), Shawn Marion had 26 points, and Joe Johnson and Quentin Richardson had 20 pts each. Q sank his 200th 3-pointer of the season in the 3rd quarter to set a new franchise record.

The Suns are now 54-17, and lead 2nd-place San Antonio by one game in the Western Conference. Dallas is 5 games back of San Antonio in the Southwest Division with 11 games remaining for both teams, and will finish no higher than 4th if they do not catch the Spurs. Seattle (3rd) is 9.5 games up on Denver (7th), their closest competition in the Northwest Division. Phoenix, San Antonio, Seattle, and Dallas have all clinched playoff spots.

Dallas, Houston, and Sacramento are in the 4-5-6 spots, at 48-23, 44-28, and 44-29 respectively.

At the bottom of the playoff standings, Denver and Memphis are tied for 7th at 39-31. Minnesota is 2.5 games back at 37-44, and has played one more game. The LA Lakers are at 33-37, and the LA Clippers are at 32-40.
Golden State, Portland, Utah, and New Orleans are all eliminated from the playoffs already.

IF the T-Wolves make it to the play-offs I feel sorry for whichever team has to face them.
