    Attention Eskimo Empire podcast

Don't know if you guys have heard of this podcast that Empire Andrew is putting together but it is fantastic. He's had some current players as well as some Alumini and usually has a feature fan. This weeks episode was my second time on the pod and I had a blast.

There are several ways to listen to it, here is the direct link for those interested.

The Franklin episode makes you like the kid even more if that is possible.

Been a regular listener for a while. Super hard listening or watching anything Eskimos related since Saturday night however, unless I'm b***ing away on the forums which is my expertise.

Hey all! Thanks to those of you that have listened! As I said on the show, I just got back to the site and am really enjoying the content so far. As there are so many passionate fans on here, if you ever want to be a "featured fan" on the show, just let me know! Love having new people in. If you haven't already, I highly recommend the episodes with Looner, Boydo and Parkies. Awesome dudes and really made the shows a bunch of fun! Also, Franklin one is still my favorite (if you listen, that won't be a shock). Once I've been on a bit more, I can share links if you'd like them. Look forward to chatting with more of you!

He's an amazing dude. So likable in and off the field. He still laughs and comments about it when I see him.

Was able to listen to the show with Tom Richards and our "Mike". I laughed thru the whole show. Great humor and info. So nice to see former players still adding so much to the community. Looking forward to catching the ones that have been suggested.

Awesome! Glad you liked it. The Singor Mobley one was another fun one. Done over Skype but he was very candid. Would love any reviews or suggestions you may have.

In case you haven't had a chance to listen to this week's show, Parkies has now joined on as the co-host of the pod. A very welcome addition and brings his wealth of Esks knowledge. Welcome Mike and I hope we get to speak to a number of you all soon!

Be nice to my sister. She's an Eski-baby, but she's getting there. You might need to turn her mike up, she is quite quiet.

Dana was great. Definitely has a knowledge and passion for the game!

So does that make you Schesbalz or Schesbalz Senior?

    Re: Eskimo Empire podcast

I caught the broadcast from after the Ottawa game. Really learned some history from our Mike. I had no idea of the pre season games in the USA in the 60's and that we almost signed Frank Gifford. The James Earl Wright story was amazing in that we "traded" him to Denver. Almost fall out of the chair laughing every time that "firetrucker" thing comes on.

    Thanks, Dan!

For those that don't follow the Esks History account on Facebook or Twitter, here are the programs from the two 1957 pre-season games the Esks and Lions played in Portland and San Francisco!

Thanks, Lonnie -- it was a fun episode to record; I could listen to Bud's stories all day long! There were a few he told us before and after the recording that were fantastic as well. We'll have to have him back again!

Would love to get feedback on the show from everyone who listens; what you liked, what you didn't like, what you want to see more or less of.

Next week's guest is going to be a fantastic one for sure. I'm glad he said yes!

Thanks to everyone that has had a listen! As Parkies said, the interview with Bud was amazing. He said he will be back and we will definitely have him on again.

Preview for this week will be out Thursday and we have Quinn Magnuson on for the Rider side. He was really funny too.

As for next week, you will all enjoy it. I'm very excited. Also, Looner gets 20 Empire Points for all his wonderful plugs on the site.
