    Attention GDT--Esks v Ottawa

Here we go! Absolutely a gorgeous night for football. Probably one of the nicest game nights I can ever remember.
Esks by 14, but I'm a tad concerned about our young rookie corners. Gotta make sure we get lots of pressure on Harris....

Ottawa plays us tough - and they are a hungry bunch. Hoping the week off helps us instead of hurting us. I expect a big push from our front four to limit the pressure on our d-backfield. On offense, hoping that Van shows some stuff early at running back. We need to get that running game going early.
Enjoy the game everyone that is going - get your 50/50 tickets early!

I think we're going to be hungry too, after the Eastern final last year.

Stamps just lost...with a win, we could have a point lead and a game in hand on them.

    Time to take advantage.

I found a nice short line at the North end of the stadium away from all the sheep that stand in the first line they see, 15 minutes and I was seated right after the anthem

Wow, quiet game thread. Everyone must be at the game to go for the 50/50!

...and as I type that, Hoffman-Ellis blocks a punt!

Big plays on defense are making up for an offense that isn't capitalizing on its yards tonight.

What a place to be stuck. Must be fun though on a night that BLM finally loses a game

Wish they had punched that one in though.

It's mostly been a forgettable night for the offence. Time to step it up here, can't just leave it up to the defence.

Defence and ST are playing very well, offence is definitely not.

Reilly hasn't looked comfortable most of the night. He was limping for a good portion of the middle of the game so maybe it's injury related but hasn't been a great night.

What a joke this game has become. He didn't even have position on the ball.

Haven't won this yet...but as mediocre as the offense has been, I love that there are so many weapons. Game 1 you go to Duke; game 2 to AB4. This week? Zylstra and Van. You can't stop 'em all.

On that second down play on the ineligible receiver call Maas declined, the officials spotted the ball two yards off the line of scrimmage, it should have been second and ten!

Yeah, you're right. They should. However...

You know how people are saying "just win, baby"?

    Well. they delivered.

    ESKS WIN!!!!

Pretty good game by the defence, the final drive notwithstanding. But they came up with the stop on the 2 pointer for the win!

Not a good game for the offence, with the exception of Van and Zylstra. Basically only put up 13 points. We have the weapons and our offense should be better than they have shown the last couple of games.

    That being said, UNDEFEATED!!!!!!!

Thrilled we won but man our Oline played poorly.

Four sacks, several hurries, Couldn't get a TD on first and goal
    From the 2?

    Bowman too many drops

Defence played quite well until the final drive

I will take the win but lots of work for Mass to do here

The Esks win and the Stamps lose...and all on a night when I'm working a gig in Calgary.

What a great night to be alive.

This is a huge win for this team! Taking care of business at home!

Esks lucky to win. Offense sputtered and almost lost the game. Lawrence is a useless returned that's why Sask cut him.

You always say the Esks were lucky to win. Ottawa didn't look spectacular, I didn't think we took the game from them. Eskimos stuffed their run pretty good.
