X2!...he should not be made to wait long to go on the wall (or the Hall for that matter). Would love to see him come back here as a coach one day. Without a doubt one of my all time favorite Eskimos ever.

He was special right from the start. Rarely does a QB come along that can do what he did as quickly as he did. I still remember that first preseason game and looking down at my depth chart to see who that QB was.

I can't speak to whether it happened before him or not, but it certainly hasn't happened since, closest thing might be Bo but even he spent a couple of seasons on the sidelines before taking the reins.

Ricky was a once in a generation type player in this league.

Toronto appears to be mixing a blend of Cambridge and Oxford Blues in their unis. I think their helmet logo is changing as well...

Argos look good with the Cambridge blue numbers..

Dwayne said in Dec there would be no changes.. so I wasnít expecting anything..,

Yeah, he was like 4th string behind Leon (can't remember his last name) Also Bart hendricks I think? And I agree first game he played it was like "Hey, this guy is good,"

Hamilton has signed former Argo DT Dylan Wynn. A bit of a surprise he didn't rejoin Toronto. Makes for a very formidable Dline with Wynn joining Laurent, Westerman, Davis and Tracy. Can see now why Hammy let Nikita Whitlock go a couple of days ago with Wynn joining them.

Solly will still get his 100 tackle season ( 88 percent of which are always 25 yards down field! ) total waste of money imho

Leon Murray was penciled in at the 3rd string spot with Ray as an extra arm. We also had Keith Smith under contract on the 9-game injured list with Maas and Hendricks as 1-2 going into the season before injuries took their toll.

When I've had conversations with 56Parkies, he's been able to rattle off stuff like this every other sentence. It's kind of spooky.
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

Day 2 of the CFL.ca off-season depth charts and Ottawa is up. I'm posting the charts followed by a link to the story if anyone wants more info.

    Re: CFL Offseason 2018/19

That's a pretty good looking secondary, a young but promising LB corps, and a D-line that's got some talent and continuity if not any proven game-breakers.

The offence is going to be very interesting to see, and has to have the RB fans nervous. Interesting that Davis is listed ahead of Jennings, even if it doesn't mean a lot at this point. I like Mossis Madu, but I would have expected them to have lots of competition with Powell moving on. Considering that the receiving corps has always been a strength of the franchise, with a few seasons of 4 x 1000 yd receivers, Sinopoli is now the only proven all-star. RJ Harris looked impressive at times last year, but Caleb Holley wasn't a consistent starter in a weaker Sask unit last year, and Thomas, Lankford, Rhymes and Shelter don't come with the production track record to make anyone comfortable. After Sinopoli and Harris, Feoli-Gudino was actually the next most productive roster guy last season (in Winnipeg).

Despite an enviable O-Line, when you factor in the loss of their OC, this could be a very challenging season for the RedBlacks as they adjust to their new circumstances.

Leon played for the Georgia Force if I remember and a few others but I remember him playing for the force during that mid 00 period...

Nichols doing cartwheels at this. Will help Adams with another deep threat, and a good replacement for Dressler. Certainly has all the tools, a shame he got injured when in the NFL.
