Ottawa looks bad but the two brutal misses by the officials on this drive aided the Als’ 100%.

Is Mr. Magoo out there officiating this afternoon?

REDblacks needed to challenge that catch for sure. The refs also missed an obvious tripping penalty on Pruneau.

Gotta say, the Neilson/Dunnigan tandem really works IMO, would love to hear more in the coming weeks.

Also enjoying the fresh uni combos, Montreal's new threads are super sharp and Ottawa has kind of a throwback look going on with the white pants at home.

Dunnigan was doing a lot more I found to help ease Dusty into the call. But yes, that’s a good tandem. Good for Nielson!

Dusty's a bit green for sure but I think he has a ton of potential if he can just squeeze into the rotation a little more.

Call that no yards but miss the one on Calgary's first punt.

That wasn't a hold two weeks ago on Winnipeg's game winning touchdown.

There may not be a crossover this season after-all. Montreal's coming on, BC and Sask look pretty weak.

Dickenson should get a penalty for delay of game.

I would have called holding against the Tiger Cats on that missed FG return (there was an obvious hold right off the line and also on Stampeder #67), but I was happy with the end result.

If Calgary wins I win money but how do I cheer for them when it's Calgary....these are the dilemmas

They're playing with confidence, something we haven't seen from an Alouette team in a LOOONG time.

Stamps are still a good team, but I think they've run out of the horseshoes they've had the past five or six years. They look mortal again.

Baffled by the Stamps game plan in this one. Hamilton is last in the league in yards per carry on defence and the Stamps handed it off to their running backs 8 times.

Helps out the Esks though so I will take it, even though it hurts my already poor season in the pool.

I'm sure some of the other grey-beards here can remember one Vic Rapp getting livid over Hugh Campbell "running up the score" on Rapp's Lions.... and the next game they faced each other, Rapp had boxing gloves.

I still chuckle thinking about Rapp wanting a piece of Hughie. Seem to recall that game being in BC, but that could be pushing the memory a bit. Seemed so out of place because Rapp was the OC here for a few years before moving to the Lions. Was the Lions HC for a fair bit also, iirc. Rapp had a long career as an asst. coach in the NFL after leaving the CFL.

He was LIVID. Actually had to be restrained, IIRC. Yes, the game was in Empire Stadium, I believe. A bit out of character too; I don't recall him being one to fly off the handle.
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

Definitely "way over" his caffeine limit for the day.

They are more fair weather down there... But holy hell are the Argos just looking for new and exiting ways to f*ck up? Penalties all over the place, picks, missed opportunities. I don’t think that fumble was actually a fumble though. He was down.
Sorry everyone for not contributing anything to this board... My bad?
