Re: Eskimos vs. Stumps - The Rematch

was at the Argonut vs Nicknack game this afternoon
my seven year old wisely decided that we ought leave before half time. Redblacks sucked.
Now tuning into the Esks looking like ... well, a fourth place team

Jebus ... little pressure on Bo and receivers always open

    - - - Updated - - -

The other day watched a you tube vid on the Esks five year dynasty.
In light of the last 15 years, it was ... depressing (excepting 2015 of course)

Chop or Harris's forearm and put on one of those Terminator arms.
Now that is far more imaginative than a short kickoff ....

Man...why is Gable stutter stepping right into a tackle when the whole right side of the line has blown a hole open...

sorry Jason . loved what you did as our QB (esp 2005) ... but you have been here two seasons too long

    - - - Updated - - -

I know Harris is injured, but had expected Esks to be competitive this game

I hate when players celebrate after a big play when they are getting an ass whooping on the field overall.

I think angry, cooler-dumping Maas has a better record than calm, composed Maas.

Re: Eskimos vs. Stumps - The Rematch

I just turned off an Eskimo-Calgary game for the first time in years.

Good thing the NFL is starting. Heard that my team just signed a new star receiver. Ugh.

Maybe I'll just watch tennis from now on.

At this point who the hell cares? Yeah we may get a few more points but we will still lose the game.

This is basically a full year now that Maas’ offence has had trouble hitting the end zone. Need to put up points and for the past 13 months through two different QBs....it’s been dismal that way despite the yards...

have you considered trying to break lumber, karate style, with your forehead? no sense not using your eskie fan experiences

I think Kilgore is showing the most effort of any Esk out there. Not doing well in the TD/INT department but trying to make big plays happen at least.

It’s also the 2nd straight year where the team got worse as the season went on. I really am getting the feeling that there is significant change coming during the bye.
