Well that was interesting. We should have won in a romp with the way the offence was going, almost choked and then came back with big turnover to win. CFL at it's finest!

They got passive after the pick and it almost bit them in the ass. Have to be pedal to the metal, especially when your qb is shredding the D.

3 penalties for 30 yards. I know we had some declined penalties but just like my numbers showed, getting Foxcroft was a boon for the Esks. I bet the CFL will remedy that next week with Big Al to end any hope of a crossover.

Credit where credit is due, we won the coaching battle this game as our D made the better half time adjustments and our O was on for most of the game. One kick off TD and a lucky INT for the Al's or we win going away

I don’t think anyone was upset, but we would have been if they snapped the ball.

    Game report card:

    Offense was amazing.

Defense sucked. They play next week like this and the score is triple digits.

Could list names all day from this one but I'm gonna keep it simple,

    Harris stands on his head,
Josh Johnson with the hat trick,
Jason with a perfectly called football game,

I love this team from top to bottom and the Maas-haters on TSN and across the league can pound sand.

    Can't wait for next week!

Esks will be in tough next week but it always feels good to stick it to TSN and the Esk haters around the country. Another week of talking live Esks football with you fine folks!

Jones made a critical error with his challange, not using it on the first Johnson INT, then using it when he did. First game in awhile that I havent felt we got the short end of the officiating stick as they missed a few calls for us but also against.

Well that was nerve wracking but we made the plays.

Maas/Maksymic called a great game and TH's quick pass style didn't allow the Als the opportunity to get after him. Defensively, we have struggled all year against running QBs and we did again a bit. Did a good job of keeping Steinback and Johnson held to not a lot along the ground. Likely need another game next week like this one if we are going to beat the Cats....control the clock.

I must say I did not expect to win this one but team is definitely different with #7 behind centre...

Agreed, it was 50/50 whether it was a late hit or not, but the command center would’ve called it 100% against the Esks.I'm still shocked they didn’t challenge it.

To be fair, I dont think they should ever call a play that is that bang bang but they often do
