Grey Cup games "on demand" for free in 2021

TORONTO — From Tony Gabriel’s ‘The Catch’ to Dave Ridgway’s game-winning kick, to DeVier Posey’s 100-yard touchdown reception, the Canadian Football League (CFL) announced today that fans will be able to relive these moments anytime come 2021.

The CFL unveiled, the Grey Cup On Demand Portal powered by Mark’s, a new one-stop platform that will allow fans to watch Grey Cup games on demand for free on CFL.ca. Nearly 70 Grey Cup games will be available from the 1950’s to the 107th Grey Cup in Calgary, beginning January 28, 2021.

Once published, fans will be able to access the archived games through a portal on CFL.ca that will allow them to choose to watch any of the archived games at any time.

Sweet. It would be even better if they could get an app for Apple TVs or Smart TVs as well. Though I haven't checked I suspect many of them were on YouTube as well, so I wonder if they'd have touched these up to make them look a little cleaner.

Only one more Grey Cup appearance to wait for now - 2015 was a fantastic game, and Amazing that it was just over 5 years ago. So much has changed with the team, with only 5 players left from that 2015 season, 4 of them playing in that last Grey Cup win.

Just finished watching the 2005 GC game...man as much as I loved the '81 championship game against Ottawa the Esks victory over the Als in Vancouver was just an unbelievable game. Has to be in the top 5 all-time IMO.

Just finished watching the 2005 GC game...man as much as I loved the '81 championship game against Ottawa the Esks victory over the Als in Vancouver was just an unbelievable game. Has to be in the top 5 all-time IMO.

Personally I still after all these years have the 2005 GC as my #1 game all time. Great back and forth game to settle the Edmonton-Montreal battles of the 2000s.
