    Movies The Movie Mega-Thread

I can't believe we don't have a thread like this already!

Let's try to keep this to things actually seen recently (past 1-2 weeks) rather than a catalog of your entire collection!

    Recent watches...
    Kill Bill 1 & 2
(Great flicks, if somewhat bizarre. I see 1 as a tribute to comic books and 2 as a tribute to 'spaghetti kung fu movies'.)

    Big Fish
(I know a lot of people who didn't like this. Have to admit they tend to be young, impatient or female - or combinations of those. I see it as an amazing piece of storytelling.)
    Turf Toe:
    - "...turf toe is a common malady that is more of a nuisance than a serious injury."
    - "Turf toe can often progress into a chronic problem..."
    - "A mild instance of turf toe (grade 1) can be merely aggravating while a serious case (grade 3) can be debilitating."

What's literally in my player: Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Batman Begins, The Incredibles. I've only seen the Incredibles so far.

I just happen to be watching The Amittyville horror-The remake, and before that I watched Kingdom of heaven, which is a good movie as well, and then two days ago me and a bunch of girlfriends watched Monster In law and The Sisterhood of the travelling pants, Monster In Law wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, and the Sisterhood is a good girlie movie!!

I officially retract my vote for DDS as Prime Minister. He's clearly incompetent.

Batman Begins, for me this weekend....

better movie than I had anticipated heading in........the screwed with their own movie franchise storyline though in regards to his parents death.

In the "spirit" of the season ... Sleepy Hollow.

    Review: Crappy.

Not scary even a little bit. Can anyone suggest a really scary movie?

House of Wax was decent... alot of older horror movies that I love that probably wouldn't interest you though.
